I have been employed as a communications and publications professional for over ten years.

My skills and background include writing, editing, copyediting and proofreading, print production management, and graphic design, as well as answering requests for proposals and background research.

As an editor for a large online university, I coordinated the creation of online courses for education professionals, which included video and audio scripts, interactive presentations, and soliciting and editing content by university-level subject matter experts.

As a senior production editor for a respected New York textbook publisher, I managed the book production process for approximately 100 titles a year.

As an editor, writer, and graphic designer I have created and managed corporate communications for employers that include two universities, a national life insurance company, and one of the largest landscaping suppliers in the United States. Recently, my volunteer work has included creating a brochure for the International Cesarean Awareness Network (ICAN) and assisting in social media activities for Mothers and Midwives in Action (MAMA), an organization that promotes midwifery in the United States.
